My complaint:
I have placed a bet last night on Ladbrokes App.
On Spain vs Morocco game Result. The bet was I choose Morocco to win the game. After the match ended, I went to check my balance and I found out that I received nothing as a return and lost my money. I contacted the agency to explain, they said because the won on penalties and that only applies to the 90min result. Which is nonsense Because the bet was clear on the winner of the game and nothing else was stated.
Suggested solution:
To receive my money back plus the return on the bet.
