My complaint:
I set my daily gambling money limit to €500 because I am a compulsive gambler, but Ladbrokes failed to adhere to that. Also, one withdrawal of €250 disappears without a trace.
Suggested solution:
Must be vigilant to customer vulnerabilities, primarily compulsive gamblers.
