My complaint:
I had a withdrawl processing on ladbrokes app I sent all relevant information through I deposited using a card in my name I deposited a few times after while waiting for my withdrawl I then contacted customer service was told that they need more proof which I sent in I heard nothing back left it a week or 2 contacted them again to be told that I had spent the money even though I had deleted the app off my phone so I knew my money was safe and ladbrokes send me a email to say that there was no unauthorised action on my account and I was basically a lie and my funds would not be returned this is 2 withdrawls that are outstanding 1 for 100 pounds and the other was for 1000 pounds and I was sent emails to say these had been sent out but not received and now my account has been closed due to a company decision

Send me my funds and and apologise
