My complaint:
I recently placed a bet online with Ladbrokes placing £5ew on Scottie Schaffler in the Masters. I then tried to withdraw my winnings but was asked to provide my Bank Account statement with all the account details.
I could not see any reason for this but provided it anyway. They then asked me to provide my ID and I sent a copy of my passport. They rejected it and asked for my driving licence which I also provided.
I even had an online chat but no one has explained to me what the problem is. Now I have received another request for my Bank Statement. Can anyone help?
