My complaint:
Established an account under andrewkidd25@yahoo.com received and used PIN and user name. placed bets ,checked bets, next thing nothing. Tried on line chat twice they claim no record and brushed me off. My full name is Andrew Keith KIdd DOB 08031950 these are my only details, I do not have any aliases or other details. I do not wish to send photographs or ID etc as this is not my fault I have tried to resolve this matter but been brushed off and ignored.
Suggested solution:
I want my account back please. I would also like to know why I have been victimised in such a manner. I do not know what a photo will prove as you hjave nothing to compare it to. however if I can find one I will upload it . If there is an ombudsman ,. I would like to take this matter further if you cannot resolve it.
