My complaint:
Placed bet in shop and yet again can’t track bet or cashout once the matches start this happens every week phoned customer services and they just hang up and are very rude have tried tracking my 5 bets and since 3pm can’t track them but once the games are finished I bet that I can see my bets.(that will have lost lol)this happens every week. I have spoken to ladbrokes countless times and they say they will call me back and never do.
