My complaint:
It seems I’m constantly putting bets on and they seem to be late, I’ve looked at of times on screen and it seems your tills are not running the same times as your screens
Suggested solution:
Check them and also have more trained and helpful staff, Kat is awful with customers and shows a very poor attitude towards customers
