My complaint:
My account got locked last Sunday. I had €18 in credit and €30 pending withdrawal.after lots of chat and e mails I found out there was another account with my money in.. on Friday on chat I was told it was been passed to the resolution people. I never heard anything so e mailed today Sunday. To be told to ring australia.its not good enough.
Suggested solution:
They should transfer my money to my account I'm using now.
