My complaint:
I placed a bet on Killarney horse race six o clock race on July 12th I am a grid card holder so I googled grid card betting prices for the said race and they advertised they were paying out on four places instead of three in that race I thought that was good value so put £50ew on the horse that finished fourth so my bet was up I expected to pick up £115 but Ladbrokes say they were,nt paying out on four I have copy of it on my phone
Suggested solution:
I would like them Ladbrokes to honour what they advertised on grid and pay me my £115
