Ladbrokes complaint: Lost after self excluded

My complaint:

I had banned myself from all shops around me a month ago.
Unfortunately they still letting me in and play. I reported it for gambling self exclusion team. In last 3 weeks after banning myself I lost £ 6350. Now I am without money for food. I am going to report it to
1- trading standards London
2- setting a court claim to regain my money
3- I have written to BBC to investigate my case.
This money is nothing compared to what I lost before banning myself
In last 5 years I lost more than 160,000 pounds.. this is my fault, but last 3 weeks it was your fault and I will not leave it.
