My complaint:
On June 3 , I had two live bets.
One of the two bets was represented as being worth 72,000 and classified as an acca 10 but it had 13 parts.One of those 13 parts lost and the potential returns were reduced from 72,000 to 14,600, with four parts remaining.
The other bet was a straight 10 acca with 6 parts up and the same four teams remaining, this bet had a cash out option of 416 euro with four teams remaining.
Operating under the belief that the other bet was worth 14,600 as stated in the potential returns I cashed out of the 4500 bet at 416 euro.
All four remaining teams won and at this point ladbrokes only paid out 2700 , and not the 14,600 as represented by the potential returns.
Suggested solution:
Ladbrokes should pay out the remaining
11,900, and or if they can prove that the bet was not worth the 14,600 as stated in the potential returns they should compensate me for the 4500 bet I cashed out in due to their false misrepresentation.
