My complaint:
Every day I attemp to play instant spins every day I’m told I’ve had my spin absolute rubbish I have never had a free spin for months I’ve been a customer for a number of years now I have complained before but heard nothing I use my account on a regular basis and I feel that Ladbrokes give you nothing back the odd £1 free bet compared to other companies in my eyes its false advertisements and if you cant access it then don’t show it

Then let me do it otherwise I'm going to close my account and go with some other company who appreciates there customerd
