My complaint:
Last year I had placed a multi bet on soccer matches. I found out little bit after that I placed two markets from same event because the event was listed twice and there was an error in which I was allowed to place the bet.
Raised this and was given false and misleading information regarding the outcome and in their terms and conditions anything that’s a related contingency is voided and stakes returned. They refuse to adhere to their terms and conditions.
Suggested solution:
To do the right thing and apply what the terms and conditions states around what had occurred in my bet.
