My complaint:
Transfer of money to my building society which failed due to inexperience on my part I did not put my reference number on for my building society account . I sent emails of my bank statement , Report to show that the money has been sent back to worldpay ap limited ,and also a letter from my branch manager stateing the money has been returned ,with their contact them for anymore queries regarding the money. I still getting being told the money had been transferred successfully

Can you please find out were my 300 pounds is at and return it back to my Ladbrokes account
