My complaint:
Upon arrival the room had a sour smell throughout. The sheets on the bed were dirty and the bathtub was extremely dirty. After speaking with the front desk and complaining about the situation I was told that I would get another room the next day it never happened.
I spent $387 on this room for 2 days and this is the service I received. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will make sure that any and everybody I know knows about the situation. La Quinta inns will never get my business again!
Suggested solution:
If they were an honest corporation they would return my money to me for my experience. It would be one thing if they change my room and the room was better elsewhere it\'s a whole other thing when they refuse to do even that. Therefore I request that my money be returned to me forth with.
