My complaint:
On 10/22/23 while staying at La Quinta Inn 1000 N Bronco Way, Flagstaff, Az inv761640638 (LQ W1490398) “old patron”
I used the pool area and found it too cold and being 67 with arthritis and broken back needed the hot tub desperately. It appeared greenish, but I assumed it would be safe as there were no signs or notices and plunged into it. It was very cold and I was unable to locate a shower to rinse off so I jumped back into the cold pool. Then unable to find an attendant or towel, returned to my room dripping wet. I have since broken out all over my body with acne!
This is very unacceptable! Albeit, the breakfast in the morning was great after a difficult night without sleep. I have been a loyal customer for many years now, and that was the best breakfast but the rest of the experience was the worst.
Suggested solution:
A complimentary night would be in order with a location that has a functional hot tub and heated pool!
