My complaint:
I have been trying for hours to get someone to help me. I cannot log in and their support is unable to help me and they will not transfer me to someone who can help me. It is insane. They told me I need to close my account because I am in NYC but I cannot do that and NO ONE will help
Suggested solution:
help me close my account and transfer the assets
