25 Feb 2022 – First email to support
26th Feb 2022 – Follow up and submitted ECDD
15th Mar 2022 – Send wallet screenshot of my debit card transactions purchase of crypto using my Grabpay card issued by GRAB.
22nd Mar 2022 – Ask for response and resolution date.
25th Mar 2022 – Totally ignore my email and no response.

I have submitted latest ECDD which they required and other screenshots of my transaction using my own debit card for purchasing crypto.

This is a ridiculous crypto exchange company. Why do you have to lock my account. NO crypto exchange ever lock user account for enhanced KYC as I have pass my initial KYC. You can restrict access but why lock without any reasonable reason.

Suggested solution:

Unlock my account as i have submitted all necessary documents and response within 1 to 2 days. I have a pending withdrawal only estimate around 100 USD and they want to hold it. I have locked crowdloan auction too.
