KuCoin complaint: Incomprehendable Advise from Kucoin Support

My complaint:

Unable to pass 2FA and authenticate into my Kucoin account, raised a support ticket, they advised some instruction, manged to complete the first part however the second part they require me to login to my Binance account and show some transaction history, the only transaction a fiat deposit into Kucoin account to Binance will only go back three months, for me to provide what they need I need to go back a few years. There support system is repetitivie and very frustrating I have been chasing and trying my best to provide the information and seem to get nowhere, waste fo time!

Suggested solution:

1) understand what the complaint is
2) stop sending automated messages
3) do not close the support ticket unresolved
