My complaint:
Every time I go to Kroger’s I tell myself Never again because it takes more time to check out than it does to shop. It does not matter the time of day or day of the week – there are never enough checkers. I have shopped at Kroger’s since it opened. I like knowing where everything is located. It is clean and well-stocked. But the lines! I find myself going to H-E-B more and more because I can check out quickly.
Suggested solution:
Hire more checkers! Get some sackers! Look at those long lines of frustrated customers!
