My complaint:

Was told I couldn’t cancel after my husband booked the wrong flight and I called within 30 minutes. They said it had been ticketed. And couldn’t change. Found out policy is you can cancel within 24 hours and 2, the airline ‘fiji airways’ ed no ticket has been ticketed as yet. Proof attached.

I have called three times now and all three times refused to be allowed to speak to management. I suspect because there is none only the poor Indian English speakers who sound like they are in high school.

Further evidence, listen to the first call where I am being told I cannot cancel. Lied about my rights and now block me from getting it resolved.

Suggested solution:

Refund me without penalty. Proof of airline showing no such booking exists.
