My complaint:
I bought a previously leased car at Concord KIA. I was told my service program expired at 60k miles. Just brought my car in to have my final covered servicing before 60k and am being told I have no service agreement and it would be $1000.00 out of pocket!
This in spite of the fact that Walnut Creek KIA has been servicing my car and honoring the service agreement and not charging me!
What a scam. Wish I never bought a car from Concord KIA.
Suggested solution:
Service my car for free before my 60k expires.
