Kia Motors complaint: Misguiding and misrepresentaion

My complaint:

We bought a car from this dealership from Mohit (salesman). Today we have some serious issues with our car and went there to get them sorted. When we ask the service department that we have these issues such as engine oil level very low, cruise mode is not working and issues with shoker and Excel. They said we have to charge around 160 bucks for just checking one issue. But i took all warranties and guarantees, then why should I pay for it. When we refused to do so and ask them that we need to talk to your manager. The manager simply said, he do not have any solution for this issues. He was misbehaving. He was just keep on saying in an irritable way that there is no solution. Are you guys serious. If i don’t know what features this car has and how is working. Is it my responsibility. They said it was your responsibility for asking the features. But when i asked him he did not tell me anything. He should have told me that this car has these features. The way these guys behave was ridiculous. Instead of coming on a solution, he escalated the issue. I will go to court for misrepresentation and misguiding me while buying the vehicle.

Suggested solution:

They don't have any solution nd asking me that sell this car and buy another car if you have problem with ur 2020 model car...why would I sell my car if it has any issue. Do they need to solve the issue or just say sell your car and get a new one from somewhere else
