My complaint:

I made an online purchase with khaadi fashions, the item was delivered with an Amazon courier. They emailed me to say the item would be delivered. I was at work all day and nobody was home. According to their website they say they make 2 attempts at delivery and then the item is returned and you are refunded. This didn’t happen. On the first attempt the item was left on my front doorstep, in full view. A photo was taken and emailed to me to say item has been delivered, by the time I got back from work there was no parcel there. Despite several emails to the company, I am still out of pocket. They say the item was delivered and that’s it case is concluded.
How can they leave an item on full view on my front doorstep, it could have been left at a neighbours house.
More so how can khaadi agree that this is acceptable? They never attempted twice like is advertised in their website.
The item should have never been left on the doorstep. Of course it’s going to be taken.
Even after they said case concluded I have tried emailing and my emails are just ignored.
I don’t know how they can get away with this.

Suggested solution:

Please refund my money as I didn’t receive the items and have a word with your couriers as it is not acceptable to leave packages on front doorsteps in full view of everyone walking past.
