My complaint:
i ordered 3-3 pc tender combos and 3 drinks i paid by credit card i was handed abag with 3 drinksi left got home open the bag it was the wrong order i called tolld mgr i got the wrong bag she told i know she told me her it was handed to me she told it was my fault cause for taking the bag i told her how long would it take to process my order she told around 15 min or longer then she said we might not have any tenders left she was vary rude and hangup on me i took the food back got my money and said nothing to me this place need more training and how to work with customers by the way i got my chicken at popeyes
Suggested solution:
more training with mgmt on how to more respect to the customer and have order number ready system
