My complaint:
I have been to this KFC several times and been told through the drive through to come in. Nobody working the drive through on 5 different occasions, Then when I go in there is no chicken at lunch time or dinner. Only had chicken tenders ready. Said it should be 30 minutes. The staff is always rude and they seem to be complaining amongst themselves. This has to be the worst KFC ever
Suggested solution:
Hire better employees. We live in that neighborhood. It would be nice to get a gift card too for all my hassles but I don’t think that will happen
