My complaint:
I HAVE BEEN A ZOMATO CUSTOMER FROM A VERY LONG TIME AND KFC IS ONE OF MY FAVOURITE RESTAURANTS. RECENTLY I HAVE BEEN SEEING SOME UNPLEASANT THINGS THE RESTAURANT HAS BEEN DOING WITH THE ORDERS PLACED FROM SWIGGY AND ZOMATO. THE EMPLYOEES WHO PREPARE SUCH ORDERS SHOULD BE FIRED ON AN IMMEDIATE BASIS OR ELSE KFC WILL BE DEFINITELY LOSING ITS BUSINESS. ON 5TH JULY 2023 I ORDERED ITEMS WORTH RUPEES 796 AND WHEN I RECEIVED THE ORDERED I WAS VERY MUCH UPSET. FEW ITEMS WERE MISSING AND THERE WAS NO CHICKEN IN THE BURGER AND THEY HAD USED OLD BUN BECAUSE OF WHICH I GOT SEVERE FOOD INFECTION. I AGAIN ORDERED A POPCORN CHICKEN BIRYANI FROM KFC 0N 7TH JULY 2023 IN WHICH I ONLY GOT LITTLE RICE WITH NO POPCORN CHICKEN IN IT. WHO ARE THESE EMPLOYEES? LIKE SERIOUSLY ARE THEY TRYING TO FOOL CUSTOMERS WITH THESEKIND OF ACTIVITIES. NO VALUE FOR MONEY AND HEALTH
