My complaint:
Placed a order of 9 pieces.
Found a long hair on the chicken piece.
When we complaint against it for half an hour there was no reply neither no one called nor replaced our item.
After half an hour I had to call again to remind them to replace our unhygienic delivery.Atlast it was replaced.
Suggested solution:
They replaced our delivery after one hour .
