My complaint:
was very dissapointed with the take-away food from the kfc on nottingham road.there was no taste in the skin on my chicken pieces[thats what your known for] the fries were soggychicken strips were under-cooked.no napkinsstrawswipes etc.really slow service,not like McD!.
Suggested solution:
please take note of what your customers say about your take-away.i dont want anything back,but will never return to a kfc.
