My complaint:
Hello. My parents purchased food at your 527 Franklin Mills Cir, Philadelphia, PA 19154 location. While eating their food in the parking lot their car caught fire. This employee instead asking if they were ok. He starts yelling at them. Saying that it’s the fault that their car caught fire. They should not be parked there. They had just purchased food from your restaurant. It is bad enough that they were shaken about what happened to their car to then have this employee make it worse for them. His actions could have caused more damage as my Dad has a heart condition. Other bystanders checked on them but this employee was heartless. My parents are in their late 50s and early 60s. This is how your customers are treated??? I have posted this on Twitter with no response. I hope that you take this serious. Thank you.

Honestly, I don't know your protocols but I want him suspended andor fired. At the very least offer a sincere apology to my parents and have this employee take an empathy class.
