My complaint:
I took my grandchild to the KFC in Southend High Street Essex- The restaurant was filthy- rubbish littered the floor and not a clean table in site. The bottle of water was missing from the order of £15.00. The restaurant was not even busy. The food was quite obviously re fried as it was inedible- extremely disappointed !
Suggested solution:
A refund might be an initial gesture and an apology- I would not go there again very bad experience- I disposed of the food in a bin outside in the high street.
