My complaint:
Ordered from Kfc on 18 Sep 2021 through KfC app
Paid the amount of Rs.2177.99 through IOB bank, palarivottom.
Then it showed something went wrong and order got cancelled
Called the helpline and was told that the order got cancelled and refund will be received within 7 days
Not received refund even by 10 days
Suggested solution:
Please give the refund of Rs 2177.99 as early as possible
