My complaint:
First of all I would like to ask how are you guys still in bussiness with this kind of service and this kind of food. Once again I tried KFC out and once again was very disappointed with the taste, portion and presentation. I’ve contacted you once before I bought family meals to feed my family from out of town and I was so embarrassed by the food it was totally gross and that was way back in 2020 case number 00265446… And of course never heard anything back from you guys no sorry or anything…I mean is this what type of service the Kernel had in mind when he started KFC because it’s not what I have in mind when spending my money with yall. I work very hard everyday for every dollar I get. KFC sends me home with food that they wouldn’t even eat thierself. I mean what’s the deal? no I didn’t keep my receipt I figured what would it matter because you guys didn’t even email/contact me about the last incident. KFC on east and west Oglethorpe is Trash I mean just throw the whole place away..your employees are rude. Food is nasty and not presentable. Also KFC on the eatside (east Oglethorpe) yall should’ve been torn that disease rat infested place down…there is no hope for it or it’s eye rolling don’t wanna be at work employees and I’ve seen them on more than one occasion give customers wrong chicken and the customer touches it and all… then I watch your employees put it right back in the chicken pit for someone else to buy… just nasty. Taking orders at the register while digging in their paints and stuff.. rats always running around. Tables are always nasty along with the bathrooms. Slight odor when you walk inside.Roaches everywhere and the fountain drink machine is always messed up and full of Mold because KFC dont break them down and clean them..just plain nasty.. the one on west Oglethorpe is not far behind the one on east Oglethorpe they have bad attitudes won’t even look at you while your placing order don’t even say welcome to KFC or anything welcoming at all. The food is crap mac and cheese taste old.. the coleslaw eww it was more like warm water with a little coleslaw in it. The biscuits are so hard I definitely could’ve use them as weapons if I had to. The chicken was like little pieces of skin with no meat taste just as bland… like horrible. The potatoes was also awful and gravy..I don’t see how you guys call that gravy it’s more like brown hot dog water nothing gravish about it. Just gross. basically just the same as my complaint. From 2020 that no one contacted me about.. not even a email. Obviously nobody cares about whats going on or I would’ve got an email or some type of response last time. you guys are running a shit show down here in Albany Ga.. crappy food then and crappy food now. When will it change? Is this what you expect people to keep spending their money on..
