My complaint:
As I was placing an order and trying to ask the employee taking my order how the order was not adding up to the amount he was asking for, a person in line behind me began swearing, cursing and making racial at me. Calling me cracker mfer.
I am white. I was threatened and not one employee or manager did anything. I am a 71 year old man that has lived in that neighborhood for 65 years. I felt threatened as this individual increased his verbal attacks and did say he was sick ocf white people a using black businesses.
What more can I say?

I have no idea, but I can never recommend kfc as a safe place again.
