My complaint:
Everyday when you go at KFC in fort Beaufort the drinks machine is always not working so if you buy something with a Combo you are told to upgrade your drinks to something else cause the machine is not working. It’s been 3months that machine not working. Today I decided to ask the manager Zanele and she was very rude to me she even told me I should buy or not if I want they not making drinks machine if it’s not working it’s not working and they blame it on load shedding but that machine on daily basis is not working and it’s the only KFC store that has a problem with drinks machine and ice cream machine during load shedding and they have a nerve to tell us to buy or leave it. That Zanele has absolutely zero customer service.
Suggested solution:
I can't tell them how to run their business if that's how they run it they running it to the ground we will go to the next nearest town
