My complaint:
I pulled through the drive thru and ordered the 8 piece bucket, and asked for legs and thighs only. the person on the other end of speaker replied no problem. Then I tried to call location when I got home, and no one answered the phone. they were not busy at all, this was at 4:30 pm in the afternoon.
Suggested solution:
you could send me coupons in the mail or refund my money.
