My complaint:
Hi, me and my partner love KFC and order it ever so often but we have noticed on numerous occasions that when we order specifically 9 pieces KFC bucket at the drive thru, there is always one piece of chicken missing.
Suggested solution:
They should do a polygraph on the staff and see if they are stealing or they just don't know how to count. Give written warnings and fire the staff if it still continues.
