My complaint:

I placed my order today at 1.13PM from your mobile app, and when called the operator informed to me the order is within the promised timelines and will be delivered to be by 1.49 (36mins) well sure no worries I’ll wait, I waited until 2.00 Nobody got my order, I made another call your operator said its just picked up and will be delivered to you shortly – now this is unacceptable when your first operator informed it was supposed to be delivered by 1.49 how come my order was picked past 2.00pm?? I called your manager he tried to check my order and said the same thing to be after 5mins that the order has left – well its 2.40pm now and my order its still on the way maybe I’m not sure because I still don’t have my order, if you guys are taking so long to deliver an order please set your expectations right before you deduct or money which can give us room to order from somewhere and feed my kids – kids cannot wait when they’re hungry, hope you guys have experienced such a situation when your kids are hungry and your actually paid for the food and the restaurant is taking time to deliver it, amazing service you guys, I’m deleting your app and NOT ordering from you again, also I will share my experience with everyone possible I know how your call center lady treated me and disconnected the phone on my face after you being at fault- NOT ME, I SIMPLY TOLD HER TO GIVE ME AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO LOG MY COMPLAINT, SHE KEPT SAYING WE HAVE YOUR COMPLAINT, WELL GIVE ME MY COMPLAINT NUMBER IF YOU HAVE MY COMPLAINT, SHE DOESNT HAVE THAT TOO AND KEEPS TELLING ME THAT THE DRIVER LEFT, worst experience with such a big name in the market and you guys cannot make it up to your fault but keep saying the driver is on the way, UNACCEPTABLE. this really leaves a bad taste in a customer’s mouth after what you expect from the food joint you love, Keep up the good work you guys. My order will be cold and ofcourse I’m not going to feed my kids that as I’ve particularly mentioned in the special instructions that I need it to be delivered fast I have guests however 2.45 and counting the order is still not at my door step. Kudos

Suggested solution:

I need my refund as I dint utilize what you've (KFC) delivered to me, it was cold and you've charged me a delivery fee which was of no good because delivery of the order arrived close to two hours
