My complaint:
I ordered a mashed potato bowl from the drive thru. When I got home, I notice so much gravy that I couldn’t see any of the other ingredients. So upon further inspection with a fork, I noticed a mush darker, older looking gravy under the fresh gravy. This was absolutely disgusting to do and they should have been ashamed of their poorly attempted cover-up. As if I weren’t going to see this once I started to eat it? It is obvious they took an old bowl that had sat under heat lamps too long. Instead of preparing a fresh bowl, they threw fresh gravy over old, dried up gravy.
Suggested solution:
They should credit back my entire charge.
