My complaint:
I bought a Street wise meal at kfc and as I was enjoying my meal I tasted something sour when I checked what it was I was so shocked to see that I was given chicken crop uncleaned it was so disgusting. I tried reaching out on their customer care email and gave the all the information they needed but they just ignored me.
Suggested solution:
They need to own up to their mistakes and treat customers with equal rights and respect.
