My complaint:
i ordered a two person share box called game on it was the $25 meal once i got my order I drove around the corner and parked up at the reserve to have lunch with my 6 year old son. opened my burger it was fine and had a piece of chicken chips and potato and gravy the potato and gravy was dry and thick was not very nice at all. anyway getting into the second burger I unwrapped for my son to my disgust it had a long think piece of hair hanging out of it like it had been cooked with the hair amongst it. I find this disturbing and completely unacceptable for food and safety guidelines and completely un hygienic. I would hope in the future staff are more cautious about these guidelines. but I understand these unforeseen accidents can happen.
Suggested solution:
I did get a full refund on my meal but my son and I still went home hungry. it would be a nice ideal to maybe receive some vouchers due to the fact we had to deal with this inconvenience. I did not do any photo evidence as I went straight back to the store and demanded a refund immediately
