My complaint:
I went through the drive through today at 12.30pm for a bacon and cheese zinger burger. Simple. No. No bacon, no cheese and no sauce. All they got right was the zinger chicken. Too busy to go back as it was my lunch break. 3rd time they have totally messed up my order in 2 weeks. Not good enough
Suggested solution:
Replace my burger correctly and anything else that they consider is fair for my frustration and disappointment.
