Kelloggs complaint: Crackers Suck !

My complaint:

We’ve always used nothing but Zesta crackers. We will never buy zesta crackers again. Not crispy, no taste, no salt, and they are crumbled right out of the box new.

Suggested solution:

Put the good ingredients back in the product.
