My complaint:
Box size is the same but the sleeves are 2 inches shorter. Cost more and we get less. Maybe not a bad thing since the crackers taste terrible and almost no salt on them. Customer service representative told me that it’s a new recipe and if I don’t like the taste,size or texture don’t buy them.
Suggested solution:
Stop shorting us and go back to the old recipe. Stick with cereal and leave the crackers to someone who knows what they are doing! I won't buy anything from Kelloggs again.
