My complaint:
I can’t even withdraw my money from Kcoinpro.top, it was previously listed under Kcoinpro.net, the website app kept freezing and they did an update and gave a new as Kcoinpro.top. I contacted through their message board but still no answer.

No, this is well organized crypto scammers, soon I will expose the the name that they were using on a Viper chat. Finally they blocked my account, I have few close friends who invested at the same time, all have same issues.

Same issue too. I cleared both verification steps, but when attempting to withdraw from kcoin to my crypto wallet they froze it. When trying to contact their support centre about it it was unchecked for a week before they deleted my question/complaint to them too
