My complaint:
I invested and withdrawl few amount to check if its legit.It did let me withdraw and then i invested more yesterday now its not letting me withdraw at all.
Suggested solution:
They should give my money back. I am a student living in United States and have all my saving there.Now they are not letting me withdraw as well.I have photos and number of the leads of that group as well.
They changed the website name to Kcoinpro.top
Same issue too. I cleared both verification steps, but when attempting to withdraw from kcoin to my crypto wallet they froze it. When trying to contact their support centre about it it was unchecked for a week before they deleted my question/complaint to them too
Same thing happened to me. Everything’s frozen. They won’t send my money to my exchange unless I deposit 10% of my total asset value. They call it capital verification and they want you to deposit 10% to verify the funds are coming from a legitimate place to avoid ant i money laundering but to pay more money from the same place you transferred it from.
