My complaint:
I was gifted a voucher for $50 which i decided to use. Ever since i used it, i had login issues on my TV. I could only use it couple of times in 2 months of my voucher. Once my voucher value completed i was not made aware that i would be charged. Its been 4 months Kayo has been charging me and I don’t even have Kayo anymore. I noticed the charges as streamotion on my card and on investigating i was made aware its Kayo. Now i am being told that even though i have not used it they will not refund me the additional charges.
Suggested solution:
Process a refund for the time i was not aware i had an ongoing subscription.
