My complaint:
When the delivery driver arrived he found the coffee had leaked fully out and all over the whole food order. He said he was going to get a replacement, taking the soaking wet food with him. After 20 mins he then marked the order delivered.
I contact customer services and was told I will not be receiving a refund and to just review the restaurant.
I was then told that because of the number of ‘good will gestures’ I have had, they could not take my refund request any further. I have checked my account and I’ve not had a refund for over a year
