My complaint:

I ordered lunch from Cafe Azera through the Just Eat application

The driver was due to deliver at 3.25 p.m. yesterday. The driver arrived late at 3.27 and proceeded to sit outside my house before driving off without delivering. He reappeared twenty minutes later and attempted to deliver half the order. The soup I ordered was missing and both baked potatoes were stone cold. I informed the driver as he was late, only had half the order and what he had brought was cold, I was refusing to accept the order.

The driver then left with the order. i have been charged £13.09 for this order and I want a full refund. Just Eat’s driver has failed to deliver and I have nothing to show for it. Therefore, a full refund must be issued.
Just Eat have refused to issue a refund and have offered a £5 credit instead.. Once I have received my refund, I will be closing my account and not using their services again, therefore a credit is useless and an insult.

Suggested solution:

issue a full refund for £13.09
