My complaint:

Ordered online with just eat. Then rang the takeaway to adjust my order the takeaway said there was a problem with the Just eat machine so I ordered with the takeaway directly and cancelled with Just Eat but they won’t give me a refund of £35 because I cancelled. Is this right?

Suggested solution:

Refund me most of my money
